Speaker cards for browsing, a grouped timeline for the running order, a seven-day calendar for the whole event. All from one CSV that changes twice a week until the day before, and updates everywhere at once.

A conference schedule is never finished. This is built so the tenth revision costs the same as the first: edit the CSV, import, and every view updates together.
Cards for browsing speakers, a grouped timeline for the running order, a multi-day calendar for the whole event. Set a default view, then override it per page with an attribute, or publish all three from the same sessions on different pages.
Day numbers run 1 to 7, and every label is editable, so a weekend festival reads Friday, Saturday, Sunday rather than Day 1, Day 2, Day 3. The selector renders as tabs, buttons or a dropdown, whichever suits the design.
A shortcode with a day set filters on the server and drops the selector entirely. The page shows that day and nothing else, which is what you want when each day has its own URL and its own ticket link. Custom label text works as the day value.
Independent and combinable, plus speaker-name search. Card view paginates; timeline and calendar show everything matching, because a running order with a Next button is not a running order.
Email, mobile, WhatsApp, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and website, each optional and each rendering only when filled. Two named dummy portraits ship for placeholder use, replaceable as files for a global change or per session for real photography.
A linked image picked from the media library, sized around 600 by 200 pixels. It shows only when the header and the sponsor setting are both on, so turning the header off never leaves an orphaned logo behind.
Relative speaker image paths used to export as broken http://assets/... URLs. That is fixed. Imports also accept the obvious aliases: events or speakers as the top-level list, day_number for day, photo for image, phone for mobile, x for twitter.
Speakers confirm and drop out for months. One CSV, three views, no page rebuild when the keynote moves to Thursday.
Seven days, tracks, stages and rooms, with a page per day if the tickets are sold that way.
An annual conference on the same site as the member directory. Separate namespaces, so both run together.
Sessions with no room and a website link instead. Empty fields render nothing, so the cards stay clean.
Up to seven days. Day numbers are constrained to 1 through 7, and the labels for All days and Day 1 to Day 7 are all editable, so a three-day festival can label them Friday, Saturday and Sunday instead.
No, and that is the point. Cards, timeline and calendar all render from the same sessions. Change the view with a setting, or with a view attribute on the shortcode, or publish all three on different pages from the same data.
Yes. A shortcode with a fixed day filters on the server and drops the day selector entirely, so the page shows that day and nothing else. You can pass the day number or your own custom label text.
Name is the only required one. Beyond it: description, image, day, time, track, room, email, mobile, WhatsApp, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and website. Empty optional fields render nothing, and an online session can leave the room blank.
Two clearly named dummy portraits ship with the plugin and alternate through the sample programme. Replace those two files for a quick global placeholder change, or set an image URL per session for real photography. There is also a global on/off switch for speaker images.
A linked image in the event header, chosen from the WordPress media library. Use a 3:1 landscape asset around 600 by 200 pixels, transparent PNG or WebP under 250 KB. It appears only when both the header and the sponsor setting are on.
Nothing. Imported sessions are sanitised and stored in a non-autoloaded WordPress option rather than in the plugin folder, so replacing the plugin files leaves the schedule alone. Export before a big edit anyway.
